This fighter requires the Spigot/Bukkit Server Plugin Movecraft to fly. The redstone will work without any mods or commands, but for the ship to move, the Movecraft plugin must be installed. The plugin along with the tutorial for it can be found here:

Features:

x3 Automatic Fire Guns: Used for shooting down enemy fighters and setting alight to exposed lifting cells. Controlled by the lever directly above the comparator in the cockpit.

x2 3 meter torpedoes: Used for piercing enemy warship armor. Note that there are buttons in front of the torpedoes with pistons facing them. Push the button to arm the torpedoes. Then launch them using the LaunchTorpedo signs in the cockpit. If the torpedoes are launched before they are armed, they will explode, sinking the fighter and most likely killing the pilot. 

Frontal Armor: The fighter is coated in fireproof armor from the frontal arc. This gives it a great advantage when fighting warships and enemy fighters. 

Backstory:

The fighter designs of the Slokovian Workers' Union were being produced with extreme efficiency due to their cheap costs and simplicity. Most of their original outdated designs had been replaced by the newest generation, except for the armored interceptor. They set to work updating the design and giving it smaller dimensions and compact size, allowing for the airskiff to have more versatility and ease of deployment on the future carrier designs. They also ridded it of its submersible capability as that was viewed as unnecessary and an overcomplication to the fighter. What they produced was a much more viable and disposable model that was superior to the old one in nearly every way.
