The Tysavi T1-class shuttle was developed by Petchzem Stardrives, a company in the Rodain Empire, as a commercial and government transport. The T1 had space for a crew of four, but usually only needed a pilot and copilot, with the other two stations in the cockpit available if additional personnel needed seating. The main compartment of the T1 had twelve adjustable seats, with a small sealed container as storage space for each passenger. Access to the outside was given in the form of a small lift at the aft of the main body, in front of the reactor and drive assemblies. The structure of the T1 allowed for relatively short landing legs to be used while still giving clearance for the lift. Although cheap, the T1-class performed its given duties well, and with light deflector and concussion shields offered additional protection for its crew and cargo beyond the standard light armor plating seen on most TAUFOG shuttlecraft. Petchzem Stardrives produced the T1-class in modest quantities for a little over three decades, retiring the design in 48,798 ACT.
