Do not waste any resource's untill its condensed/trasmuted, you will need every-single item.
Build a platform and don't place torches, than wall it off around to make mobs spawn, than just farm themStrategy
Start off by seeking out all of the Islands and locating the netherportal. Head to the nether, and retrieve everything you can find (3 islands made out of glowstone (v1)), next create a transmutation table and transmutate everything and enough resoures for a condenser, also keep atleast one of everything. Once the condenser is created, you are able to build anything and don't forget! Every single item is vital to your survival.

Please use the Official TEKKIT 3.X.X. server to properly play, even in singleplayer unless you wish
to ruin the nether, or once the nether is created - paste it on the created one.
To avoid all known glitches/bugs use the tekkit server!

PRIMARY: Build a Cobble Stone generator.

1. Discover all of the islands.
2. Extend the primary island
3. Grow a tree farm
4. Grow a pumpkin farm
5. Grow a wheat farm
6. Grow a melon farm
7. Grow a reed farm (sugar cane)
8. Grow a mushroom farm (both)
9. Grow a cactus farm
10. Make 64 torches
11. Make 100 cobblestone
12. Fish up, and cook 10 fishes.
13. Make a small lake.
14. Make a house of smooth stone
15. Make houses for each player in the server (For Multiplayer only!)
*houses must be quallity of 5'stars hotel
*houses must contain beds
*houses must have atleast 10 bookcases.
16. Make a iron sword.
17. Make a treehouse.
18. Find the nether portal.
19. Collect 10 Ender-pearls.
20. Collect 64 rotten flesh.
21. Collect 64 bones.
22. Build a pig/cow/chicken breeding farm. (Eggs are provided)
23. Explore all of the islands.
24. Collect 64 feathers
25. Collect 10 cooked porkchops
26. Craft full leather armor.
27. Mine the red matter block below the main island28. Create a nether mob farm/World mob farm29. Create some-sort off factory, that is automtic30. Create A transmutation table/Energy condenser31. Create an amazing lab!
