Good morning everyone! Today, I bring you another recreated tower from Toronto, Ontario!

Telus House information

Telus House is a 30-storey office commercial tower in the Southcore area of downtown Toronto, just south of the established financial district. Telus House was developed by Menkes developments and rises to a height of 136 metres or 447 feet. Built from 2007 - 2010, Telus House was the first development in the Southcore area of Toronto, along with the Maple Leaf Square mixed-use office, hotel, and residential project.

Minecraft version information

So, first and foremost, you need to use the Blueprint resource pack for this tower to look accurate. I've built this tower on the Blueprint creative server, which is dedicated to realistic city-building, and the texture pack reflects this with realistic materials that allow for lovely curtain wall and other such elements.

Second, this is not a perfect recreation. It's not meant to be. It's true to the original styling and design, but as this is Minecraft, details had to modified to fit within it and within the realistic city it is built within. The most significant differences are the current lack of mechanical box, the omission of the Telus logo, the floor count/height, and some changes made to the podium.

If you want to visit this building, you'll need to visit the Blueprint Creative Server. Once you join, it's very simple to navigate to. Start with /warp N:USA:FORT_YORK, then do /tppos 3217 36 -5664.

The Minecraft version of Telus House is 19 storeys tall, 99 metres or 324 feet tall when measured to the top of the roof, alternatively 111 metres or 364 feet when measured to the top of the curtain wall fins.

I have marked this project 80% complete because I do intend to furnish the ground floor, and add a mechanical box to the roof at a later date. When that is done, the project will be complete!
