Hello,
this is the "Titan" haul truck made by Terex in 1973.
It has been the highest capacity haul truck for 25 years until 1998.
There only was a single Titan ever produced as a prototype. Still, it served at an iron mine in California, US and a mine in British Columbia, Canada.
Originally, the truck was painted in lime green but when Westar Mining aquired the mine in British Columbia it was repainted to Westar Mining's blue/orange/yellow livery.
The Titan was retired from service in 1991 and has been restored to its original form in 1993. Since then, it is on public display in Sparwood, British Columbia.
I would have loved to build it in lime green but prismarine stairs and lime concrete or wool didn't go well together. So, I built it the way it looked while being in service for Westar Mining.
If you would like to see some other haul trucks take a look at my Liebherr Dump Truck and the BelAZ 75710.
For loading this truck you could use a Terex Mining Excavator or a Komatsu Wheel Loader.
The idea for this build came from AngryDeathTruck.
Enjoy!

Then we would have both versions of this truck made in Minecraft ^^
I think I will build the Belaz someday but that day is far in the future. I don't have any plans to build it now.
My next big project is going to be the Bagger 288, then I'd like to build a power shovel and a large wheel loader. Maybe I could build the Belaz after that. Usually I build some smaller vehicles in between so my 5th or 6th vehicle from now could be the Belaz.
Or maybe I'm going to build it right after Bagger 288. I don't know. Deciding when I build something happens very spontaneously, usually on the same day or the day before I build it.
No idea when I'll make it, but I'll make it someday!
