Added a temporary world download.
We have had problems with the world to work, due to the fact that the spawnpoint is off set, and you cant really do anything in the world when you download it.
That's why we used world-downloader to get the build. Although if you want proof that we used the PMCSustainableCity world, download this world:

Then load it in either MCEdit or Mineways and you will fast recognize the build.
PS: We will hopefully get the real world off the server as fast as possible, and we will use that as download link instead. We are unsure though wether we get it before the contest ends, or under the judging period. If its during the judging period we will make sure the link is in the Comment section.
