After a long period of innactivity on Planet Minecraft, I bring you my first skyscraper: The Terralta Luxury Condo's! This is a twelve story high midrise based off of a building in the Puerta de Hierro area in Guadalajara, Mexico. The first floor consists of a lobby, two comercial spaces and storage while the rest each have two condos per floor. Finally on the roof is a small terrace for tennants with a pool and patio area.

This building is located on the "Esterlon Community Server (Link in download box) on 14 Normandie Way, Huntington, Esterlon in the East End neighborhood. You can do /warp HttEastEnd to get there.
