Just a small project i did for fun.
Features include a tennis court, hedge maze, olympic sized swimming pool, and plenty of space for derpy friends to run around.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office space, art gallery, library and a 2 car carport style garage. asking $475.000 or best offer.

Doesn't look to bad, the garden looks a bit empty but the manor looks quite good. Interior made though?
Also what defines this "Texan" style?

Anyway well made.

Texan refers to the structure of the building, a lot of the nicer houses you would see in texas have a very similar layout, the roof, garage area, and general shape of the building, just reminds me of a bunch of the nicer ones i saw last couple times I was there. I'll be updating this when i get the chance the grounds weren't exactly what i was hoping for and they feel a bit empty to me as well.
