It is a six story building. The bottom floor is split, each half taken up by a different shop, The Bean Coffee and Nooks & Cranny Bookstore. The next 5 floors are all office space occupied by SpartanTech Computer Co.


If you are looking for peace or just a bit of energy, then stop on by The Bean Coffee and grab a cup of our famous blend. While you drink your beverage, relax with a favorite book in the reading lounge in the Nook & Cranny Bookstore. All the time knowing that above you, SpartanTech's workers are tirelessly trying to create the next big computing devise. The roof contains a billboard for an Italian restaurant in Ottawa on WoK.
