Hi Guys !

This is one of my favorite buildings in the Capitol city (inspired by the Capitol from The Hunger Games) I am big fan of THG :)
Neoclassical government building is on Modern & Fantasy Creative.

Modern and Fantasy Creative is Czechoslovak server. The Czech Republic neighboring with Slovakia Republic, both countries are in Central Europe.

yes its fanmade of government building, i am big fan of THG :) in my older submisions is even fanmade of president Snow's mansion :)
