Ok, third Norwegian building now! The City Hall of Oslo, Norway. there is one mistake I have made with this build. And that is, the towers are a bit shorter than they should be, and it is not furnished, but most of my builds aren't either, wich gives you more room for creativity :) Hope you enjoy.
