The Donaldson Building is a 31-story Art Deco skyscraper, located at 8 Dream Ave, Limettan Island, NLC. Built 1926 as an office for the Donaldson Insurance Company. Later turned into apartment building, still owned by Donaldson family, one of the richest people in the UCS.
Based on One Fifth Ave, NYC.
Building time: ~8 hours.
Not all buildings have their final locations, but the ones that are uploaded have.
All buildings will have exact addresses with numbers, but it will be a bit later.
All projects I will upload are from one giant project called "the United Citrus States (UCS)".
I'll name the state and city in the project title.
