Returning to the Kingdom of Aluran for DnD yet again, this build is for the campaign I'm running for the two people I'm closest to! This is the village of Havara, a small little well-defended village owned by the same Kingdom that controls the much bigger city of Falshire! It's a small village of a little over two-hundred people, situated on a little open grassy plains over a river that runs straight through the city, with walls around it to fortify it against possible threats due to past experiences with attacks in the area, keeping all the citizens safely inside and the farms ready on the outskirts.

The main bulk of the wealthier population live within the center of the city in the larger houses and town hall, with market stalls in the town square and carriages and carts being pulled through on the regular, while the poorer folk are inclined to live nearer to the walls, where the city's still working on expanding its influence and structures to grow and flourish along the way, while setting up small steps to start with to get there first.

The aren't all that well protected even near the gates due to the lack of crime present and the thus lack of a need to moderate them, as it's been a long while since any threats have reached the village at all; several centuries since the last time they had any serious trouble, so they let the farms grow more openly, with trees rising up nearby and the gate usually always raised open.
That changed a little recently though. They encountered... a problem. The undead of Nathrular had mustered up a small force and sent them to attempt to wipe out the village while scouting out the area with relative ease, crossing past a watchtower along the way which managed to alert Falshire's forces and the party of adventurers to help Havara with its undead fright, and if not for the assistance the village would've entirely been taken over, and was close to being annihilated entirely even with the assistance granted. Broken bits of bones and ribcages lay scattered across the paths leading up to the gates of the village, while many dead elves, dwarves, humans, halflings, tieflings and more fell forever within the walls by the broken, battered and smashed apart gate of the village, surrounded by fallen rotten zombies torn apart by blades and shot to the ground with arrows, and skeletons clattered to futile messes of piles of remnants. There was even a shadowy spectral figure covered in dark plated armour riding a powerful steed of thick pitch black mist, who almost single-handled toppled the village's defenses before the party came in to fight back, barely managing to snatch a victory and save enough people to potentially fight another day.

So... most of the experiences have been pretty tough in its presence in the campaign thus far, but it'll be getting some more peaceful times soon enough, but only after the party deals with whatever else the undead horde have in preparation, as while the shadowy figure faded into mist, its last words spoke of a plan to initiate in seven days; a goal to wreck havoc when the time was up, and preparations had to be made to oppose the threat. The party spoke to the leader of the city, going through many ideas - which overwhelmed them as there were too many ideas; oh no -, and one such idea involved offers of support from the Havaran leadership if they would help them, promising improved armour and weaponry with a magical crossbow passed through the leadership's family for many generations; the Deadshot Crossbow.

Overall, the threats to the village are not over yet, but perhaps one day it can be a village which achieves the peace it had before, and the success and prosperity it was seeking to accomplish for the future. In the meantime they can only watch on from their ramparts, hoping it all works out.

Either way, I had quite a bit of fun building it and this - surprisingly - took longer than Falshire to build! I did reuse some of the structures to keep the architectural style and feel of the Kingdom of Aluran consistent, but a large majority of it is new for the build specifically as I didn't want it to be entirely repetitive either. Thank you for reading through this, as I assume you did if you see the thanks, and I hope you like it! :D

Downloadable File! : by Uknownymous 04/13/2021 7:37:09 pmApr 13th, 2021

A download for the village was requested to use for DnD, and I figure some people might be interested in it like they were, so feel free to use this for DnD campaigns if you want! :) Naturally it's still not meant to be reuploaded though, but if you use this for DnD keep in mind the general idea is that each square is a 5x5x5 foot square, like always, and you can use it for battle maps! I usually represent creatures with just two-block tall pillars; less if they're tiny, and more if they're big. Depends. You may find better ways but that's the most efficient I've noticed. :) Whatever the case, have fun if you do use it, hopefully. :D

What I like it the most is how you use a lot of colorful blocks in your maps , it makes it unique and so hard to copy , Excellent job!!!!! :D

Thank you Wisam. ^~^ I don't really think much about people copying when I make maps, as I feel like it's already hard because of how I build - I do build differently to most people after all, so the process is a bit convoluted xD -, but yeah, I quite enjoy making builds colourful. :D

It's not, no. Didn't really think that'd be wanted as it's pretty small and floating above the void anyway. :o Might update all my DnD-based ones to have downloads eventually though as I think that could be nice.
