MAP INFO


Explore a temple to find your lost father and unravel the truth behind his disappearance and why you are there in the first place.

You will soon realize this place isn't what is seems. Parkour, puzzle and fight your way through this temple and unravel its secrets.

INFO AND RULES

  • This map only supports 1 player in Adventure mode. More players are possible but have to be in spectator mode mode.
  • Make sure your brightness is set too bright if you want to see.
  • Render distance must be around 10 Chunks.
  • No data packs or modes are required.
  • 3 difficulty modes Normal, Hard and Insane.
  • 3 boss fights.
  • About 60 minutes of game-play on average.
  • This is a 1.16.5 adventure map.

IMPORTANT INFO


If your gamemode doesn't get set to adventure mode please set your gamemode to adventure /gamemode adventure @p. And comment down here so I can look if there is a problem with the map.

If you do not end up In a room with a lot of signs. Use this command /tp @p 155 35 -187

This is Version 3 of a adventure map that I posted somewhere else already. This Version fixes most of the problems and bugs that where found in that version.

Just beat it now! Easily one of my favorite maps to come out of PMC. Simple but effective. Great cutscenes! The puzzles were hard but not hard enough to make me want to quit or spend days working it out. I felt very smart coming out of it. The hookshot mechanic was a lot of fun too! (Kinda wish there was a bit more hookshot, maybe even in the final boss room :P) Anyways, I had a ton of fun and I hope you make another. I'm also a mapmaker and I've learned a lot from playing yours!

thx. When I made this map I put a time restriction on myself wich I still regret doing because I had to cut about half an hour of gameplay because of it. My first plan was to make a chase sequence with the unknown entity in wich you had to use the hookshot but I eventually rushed it. I am making a new map. It will probably take a year before it is done since I don't have that much free time and I want to fully work out what I have planned. And I have to wait for 1.17 for it. But I am glad to hear you enjoyed it.
