This project has been on hold for a while now. However it looks like I have found someone to help me finish it, so keep an eye out for any potential developments.

This my newest and first project on here.

Its an Airship inspired by the great artist Khanaris and his fleet of airships. I have taken a great deal of inspiration from his work to the extent of using a lot of his ideas and trying to keep my airship in the same style as all his. Whilst i havent directly copied any of his work a lot of stuff is very similar. I sincerely hope he doesnt mind and that in fact he would want to use my work to supplement his already impressive fleet.

*IMPORTANT*
YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THE FOLLOWING MODS (AND ALL PREREQUISITES) IN ORDER FOR THE WORLD SAVE TO WORK:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1) First of all open the MODLOADER folder and copy over BOTH zip file contents into you MINECRAFT JAR
2) Check the game works
3) Go and get FORGE 1.8.1 from the internet and install that.
4) Install EE, IC2, Buildcraft and Redpower into the mods folder by just copying over the zips. (NOTE- In the REDPOWER folder do not copy over the Pre-Release 1 verion, just read the file names and delete that one when you find it - ALSO once installed go to the Config file and change around ID 117 with 116 and vice-versa!)
5)Check the game workd
6) Install wireless redstone, flans planes, floodgate and zeppelin mod in the way you usually do
7) profit?

The Project takes up a volume of 2,000,000 blocks!!!!!!!

Progress so far:
green - done

-Outline -
- 2 inner runways
- 2 four plane inner hangars
- 2 Front plane control rooms
- Crew quarters
- Bombing bays
- Officer Quarters
- Large airship hangar containing 16 modified Skyfish and 4 Scout Ships
- Overhead walkways linking airship control room and plane control room
- Walkway underneath leading to landing strip lights and repair station for aircraft.
- Engines
- Plane hangar situated above the airship hangar leading to the deck runways.
- 3 AA stations on each side
- Inner landing runway in between the 2 balloons
- 2 AA guns guarding the inner runway
- 1 AA station on the front side guarding the take-off runway
- Central Control Room and Bridge situated on top balloon
- A total of 16 AAPC (airborn armoured personal carrier) docks situated on the top balloon
- A nuclear reactor and power routing to provide power to the ship situated on the top balloon
- 2 Mobile Command Centres under the engines (airborn and landable for resource collection from the ground)
- High security docking bay for prisoners
- Warehouse
- Onboard factory for processing materials gathered by mobile command centres (these are very large aircraft)
This includes:
Cobblestone generators(8 in total) which can make diamonds, iron bars or redstone
Factory floor with macerators, furnaces, extractors, compressors ect ect.
Storage room (one pipe input with a network of tubes that automatically sort the items)
Shipwide distribution pipe network (half done :P)
- Bio-fuel production-plant (automated)
- Security door requiring a 4 digit code (thanks to Advtech from the RedPower forums showing me where to start)
- 16 TNT cannons!
- Wood farm
- Nuclear material production factory
- Aircraft factory (debating weather to have it automated)
- Weapon factory (again automated or not is the question)

With the update to a lot of the mods i use - i now have to perform some upgrades to large parts of the already built ship. These upgrades include but are not limited to:

Rewiring large parts
Lighting
New Resource generation factories
Compatibility with my new project ;)
Interior decoration
New material processing plants
Revamp of control rooms
Addition of more space and original content to the top balloon.

LOTS AND LOTS STILL LEFT TO DO!

i wouldnt use those tail fins it makes it look like a space shutle and less like an airship
of course this is only my opinion

Hold your horses bud - im just about to update the save file to a more recent version. Its had a lot of work done on it since the last version.
