Yes sure! Remember having a clear image in your mind, on paper and any graphic program you use to help you construct and keep on track to what you want to build. Shapes are important! Personally I dont detail early In the build. I make the shapes of the main components first. Its also a good idea to have a clear layout too. Have points where that main attractions will be and then layout everything around them. Make sure your build fits together. Its always Important to have a flow but to also have your own person style along with it too. If your not good at making people and have them pose like how you want them to. I do reconmend having a program with a 3D model you can refrence off. Or pictures of poses you like you can get from google. Colouring and textureing. Dont limit yourself and be afraid of every single block Minecraft has to offer. All those blocks have colours and you can use that to your advantage. And remember, no matter what it looks like and how your build comes out. I say this because I often see people just use wool, concrete, quartz, wood and terracotta haha

I learnt a lot from the many people I have come across over the years. I am thankful to them for the advice they gave me. I lernt a lot from praticing too. My strenghs are Terraforming and Organics. I struggle with structures still but I think im finally making progress xD

You dont have to make any 3d models or use any. Their just great refence material. Theres plenty on the net to use. I used to use a free program and a free human model to help me build poses correctly and refrence pictures from google. Chim did a great masterclass at Buildcon last year for sculptures: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2F75FJpfUQ&list=PLjCUWv_fH21GMgUv2R8x3tC8jHs6cKGUP&index=4

This is the progress i made during the build. only few pictures haha. I use the wire frame technique to help me with most of the shapes. kinda like using the spider web one for terrain. then voxelsniper and worldedit to help fill out forms and colour them.

Watch people build or just build. Look at pictures of the way people colour things and go for it :P
