Well done fellow contestant. Unique idea by making a hotel rather than a house/estate/mansion whatever. Somehow I like those fire/emergency-stairs on the back the most. Only nitpick detail, the fontsize is read-able but it couldn't hurt to make it one or two ticks larger.

I don't think you will need some luck in this contest.
