How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

General Info:


The Shire is the part of Genstructures Official project (addition to the LOTR mod 1.7.10, the purpose of which is to create all the main cities of Middle-earth from books and films, as well as to build and write history for many non-canonical settlements of Harad and Rhun).

INSTALLATION

  1. Download The Lord of the Rings mod 1.7.10.
  2. Install LOTR mod into "mods" folder.
  3. Download Base archive.
  4. Unzip Base and install as usual save (into "saves" folder)
  5. Download structures.
  6. Unzip every archive and put all .mca files into folder /saves/Genstructures/Middle-Earth/region
  7. That's all! Play and load "Genstructures" world, than you can teleport to the Shire (if you know LOTR map, you will find it easily)
