This is my first Build Submission as well as my first contest entry.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I was the first one in the contest who used particles and some of the bubble particles may not appear due to a bug.

♦ The Sunset Suite ♦ got it's name from the stunning view from the top floor of the hotel.
◊ The style of the mansion is modern luxury.
◊ The judges are rating beauty and originality, and thats what I tried to focus on.
◊ Almost every piece of furniture was designed for this contest and was not copied from the past.

◊ The Floating Items and Particles were not made with mods, but in-game things that use Command Blocks and Armor Stands to do the job.
◊ The penthouse suite contains the following:
- Living Area (Table, Laptop, Two Couches, Fishtank, Smart TV with a Console)
- Guest Toilet (Sink, Soap, Working Toilet, Toiletbrush)
- Cat Room (Litterbox and a Cat Bowl)
- Dining Area (Chairs, Table, Food and a Birthday Cake)
- Kitchen (A Chef, Fridge, Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Stove, Blender, Dishwasher)
- Game Area (Pool, Black and White die, Extra balls)
- Hallway / Balcony
- Master Bathroom (Hot tub, Shower, Cabinets, Sink, Toilet)
- Bedroom (Kingsize bed, Trophies, Workspace with a PC, Closet with various clothes and a large mirror)

◊ The Story:
As
Steve approached the reception area of the hotel, he already felt the
luxury atmosphere. He asked for a room, but everything except the
Penthouse Suite on the 100th floor was taken. Steve had no other choice
but to take it, but as soon as he tried to pay, the receptionist said it
was already paid by someone else for him, and told him to take the
elevator. Steve was stunned that this happened and many things went
through his mind. He stepped into the elevator and started thinking if
it was a trap of some sort, or maybe a payback for something he had done
in the past. He reached the top, inhaled deeply, and opened the door.
Everything was dark. Steve knew it was some kind of a trap, but decided
to risk it. As soon as he stepped inside, the lights flashed and the
curtains unrolled. The light blinded steve for a moment and the only
thing he could hear was: SURPRISE!
His vision had returned and he saw his few closest friends in the
penthouse. Steve was shocked, happy, and suprised for what his friends
have done. As soon as they greeted him, they started partying. The
Kitchen Chef used the premium Gadgets to Bake a luxury cake. Steve blew
the candles and made a wish for this not to be a dream, but real life.
As soon as the meals and the cake was done, they started Watching the
Smart TV and playing various video games on it. Steve even had a cat
warming his lap while they were playing. After that they went to the
upstairs floor to play pool on the high quality table and chat and snack
on the balcony countertop. After a while his friends and the chef left,
and steve went on to relax for the night. He hung his clothes in the
closet and placed the trophies of his previous adventures above the bed.
Steve stepped into the master bathroom, Relaxed in the Hot tub for a
while, then switched it into shower mode and felt like never before. He
put on the bath robe, shaved his beard and brushed his teeth and went to
the closet to put his pajamas on. He stayed on the computer for a
little bit and then went to bed. He immediately fell asleep below the
electric heating blanket. When Steve woke up, he was glad that his
birthday wish came true.
