Well; if this is a worldfile then go to your map "saves" and rightclick the worls you wan to upload.
Then click on 'print to" and choose the option "Zip file".Now upload this to Dropbox OR mediafire and do "copy link"paste this link into "world download URL" when you update this project.

Make sure to add morepicturestoo; some tags and some text!
