The Trip. A custom Minecraft adventure map!
Hello everyone! This is my first custom survival/adventure map called "The Trip"!
The map contains various types of traps and riddles. And you need to keep your mind clear if you want to reach the end... ALIVE! Mehehe :3
This map took me about 3 days to build and I worked pretty much 24/7! I had to play it about 6 times myself to find all the bugs and such. But I think it worked out fine in the end.
The map is still under development and the new releases will be linked to the right
Current version works for 1.7.3
How to install!
1. Download the zipped map file.
2. Place the ZIP file on your desktop.
3. Open "run" by eighter holding down the windows button on your keyboard while pressing R at the same time. Or by opening the start menu and klicking "run"
4. in "run" you need to write "appdata" or "%appdata%" and then press ok.
5. In the "appdata" folder there should be annother folder called "roaming" open it and you should find the ".minecraft" folder at the top.
6. In ".minecraft" open your "saves" folder and drag the ZIP file from your desktop into your saves.
7. After doing so, you just need to unzip it in the saves folder and you should get a folder called "The Trip"
8. MAKE SURE that you have the newest version of Minecraft and that you have some kind of unpacking program like "WinRar" or "WinZip".
Last few words about the map!
There are boxes hidden arround the world containing diamonds and other materials that will help you through the map. So look keep your eyes open!!
After you finished the map, you can post how many diamonds you've collected! :D
And if you've got any questions, you can just post them here and I'll answer them as soon as I can.
Also. If you liked this map and want to see more. Please feel free to post a suggestion of what kind of map you want me to make next!
So thank you so much for playing my map and I really hope thay you enjoy it!
Good luck! Greetings from "Chkizo"
Have fun! And good luck! :D
