Alright changing the entire description because I'm an idiot

Hard to build the wall off screenshots and stills from the show. So I'm building it off what you can see from the show and filling in from the imagines I find on searches like google and yahoo.

I'm not too happy with the outer towers yet so that might change. It has changed 3 times already on the server and I went back with the original that you see in the picture.

The wall's location on my server is a lot closer to my Winterfell than I had originally thought so when I put up a world save it will be a package deal. I will have the same world save on both the Winterfell project and this one.

As soon as I finish the outside of all the buildings I will put the world save shouldn't be too long thank you all for your patience with me on this.

I'm going to make a big push this week (5/14 thru 5/16) to get it finished but things never go as planned in my life.

The schematic probably won't contain all of the wall because the wall is huge it takes about a minute and half to fly from one end to the other.

How to build the wall real easy yourself (only took me about 2 hours and I really am a world edit novice and it was my first time using the brush tool)

1st I made a huge chunk of snow with world edit by going //pos1 at one corner and going //pos2 up in the sky clear at the other end for the other corner then I used //set 80 because if you use //set snow it does nothing because snow is snow on the ground and needs blocks to be placed on.

2nd I tiered the wall I counted out 10 squares down till I got to the bottom (a little over 100 squares high) then I started at the face of the wall and counted 10 squares in and used the world edit wand to select the square as pos1 then I went to the other side of the wall and went down to my 10 block marker on the face and selected it as pos2 with the world edit wand. I then //set 0 and it takes a huge chunk out of the wall. I continued to go down the wall but instead of 10 squares into the chunk of snow I went 9, then 8, then 7 going 10 blocks down till I got to the bottom.

From there I used the command //brush sphere 80 5 and I sparatically placed snow spheres on the face of the wall all over. Then after that I used the command //brush sphere ice 3 and inbetween all the snow spheres I placed on the face I placed smaller ice spheres. After I covered the entire wall I used the command //brush smooth 2 and //brush smooth 5 and clicked all over the face of the wall going top to bottom then side to side and it made it look the way it does.

It sounds difficult and intimidating but it really wasn't I watched a video on youtube how to use the brush tool and from there I figured out how to do the wall. Like I said it only took about 2 hours and it is by far the coolest part of the whole project. I did the entire wall while a couple friends of mine played a couple games of DOTA2 Beta and when they came back they were blown away then proceded to tell me how autistic I am.

Schematic is now up, You all will just have to settle for this until I can use MCedit to transfer the wall and castle black to their own world and get hosting. MCedit/WorldEdit is extremely easy to use there are tons of youtube video's and a wiki for it.

well thats the problem the map is 800mb I don't have/cant find hosting for it to give everyone a download I can try to put up a schematic but it seems a lot of people don't use world edit. Give me some time and I will remake it on a smaller single player map and give you that download. I'm working on getting the download smaller by making schematics and pasting them in a smaller map. I'll get it out to you ASAP

what program are you using to compress it that much? I have tired winzip and winrar with maxium compression I can only get the file to 800mb. That is just the folder with the regions in it nothing else.
