This is my interpretation of the Original Series Enterprise built using planes from the following website, which has lots of stuff pertaining to the ships of Star Trek. It just got a major update for major external details as well as a new torpedo launcher and warp nacelle decking. Hope you like this full size version of the USS Enterprise.

Due to issues with 1.13 and 1.14 worlds being opened in MCEdit, I am currently unable to post updated schematics of the ship. Once they are resolved, I will release an updated schematic of the ship.

I just made a world save on the 50th anniversary ship 3-pack project if you want to start there. I will be adding more shortly.

Don't fire the top side phasers yet. The new grid on the saucer is made of wool and presents a fire hazard. I will remedy that by replacing the wool carpet with stone slabs.

I might be able to post the world folder along side the schematic. To put it in the game, simply search for the .minecraft folder within your file explorer or access it by clicking on "open resource pack folder" from within the game. It should show the name of the .minecraft folder if you know where to look. Once you find that, simply paste the world folder into the saves folder. I'll put up a video on how to do that.
