the town of Ra-Akamen literally means the town of the power stone. This town was established in the 4th time and was originally a small town until one day a mysterious crystal was discovered in a rock face. The crystal was green in color and known to have magical healing properties. This caused a mining frenzy, and by the 5th age the town was rich with eager peasants and nobles alike mining for the precious gems. This continued for years and by now there was a massive cave now known as the caves of akamen cra. But even as the cave got bigger the gems were still plentiful, until one unlucky miner struck a rock that opened up a void hole in to another world. at first no one noticed until monsters started becoming more common. then one day a massive earthquake shook the whole town and many of the mine shafts collapsed and monsters streamed from the void. within days the town was empty minus a few brave inhabitants. soon a wall was established to protect the town. soon people returned to the town and rebuild. Today, in the 11th time it is very much the same, guards patroll the wall day and night and people trade, farm and live normal lives. But Who knows when there might be another outbreak from the void hole?
