Hello all :) I decided to do a little something different from my norm. Hardcrafter Had requested that I build Optimus prime, from Transformers. In his Generation 1 design as a cabover truck. I decided to do him in the folded version. Maybe I will do more transformers at a later point?

I think there was a lack of robustness and symmetry in the parts from his thigh to the rest of his torso and arms.

He kind of was mine too. I have forgotten a lot. Used to like Transformers a little as a kid. had the Ironhide toy, among some others, that you could actually transform, and put back into vehicle mode again.

With some of them. At one point it would end up that I would open them up, and then couldn't figure out how to fold them back together into vehicle mode, so that is usually the way they would stay then lol

I would ask my dad to put them back together. But the Ironhide I had was a very easy toy to put back together, but I broke his foot and it won't transform properly ): lol
