I have finally taken one of my best house designs and made it even better! Almost two years after hatching the original house idea, this revamped and expanded Tudor-revival house is a new creation unlike anything I have built previously!

With 19 rooms plus a stable, two basements, multiple closets, a covered deck, and two sets of staircases, this house is overflowing with space. The sandstone and dark oak block palette is inspired by Victorian-era architecture of the 19th century when the Tudor style was revived in this grand fashion.

Please note: The photos here contain a few minor inaccuracies due to making last-minute changes, such as fixing a chimney and changing the kitchen's floor to polished diorite between photos.

Feel free to use this build in your projects but please give me credit! When copy/pasting, make sure you include the whole house including the basement and its floor in your selection!

I'm getting hella Bdubs and JermsyBoy vibes from this. You still have some way to go in building and I suggest that you should find your own style! Once you do find your style, then you can become more independent, which is where you really start to kick off your building talent!
Anyways, good job! Have a nice day :^)

Thank you! But I've already found my style and this is it. I am very much a realist/structuralist in my building; I see materials for what they are, not as a decorative palette. I see logs as logs, planks as planks, polished andesite as floor tiles, etc. That's probably influenced by my real-life architecture experience, as I have a summer job drafting at an architecture studio. Funny you should mention Bdubs, because I just started watching his videos a couple months ago, intrigued by his diorite castle in Hermitcraft Season 6. I've never heard of JermsyBoy though, I'll check him out.
But yeah, Bdubs and I have the similarity that we both like medieval/Tudor styles, but Bdubs sees blocks more as artistic textures while I take them very literally. That's just how I am with my structures and I doubt that will change.

No problem! it's really well done but something that caught me was your usage of blocks. You said that you use logs for logs, polished andesite for tiles, etc and while that is great for building realistic builds, it can be very limiting to your block palette.

Here is what I mean about the block palette:

Oh yes, I'm well aware of block palettes since I watch YouTubers such as Bdubs and Grian regularly. I know my usage of blocks is specific and unelaborate but my priority is with practicality as much as aesthetics and I am completely satisfied with that.
