Here is the first of the two-part City Block series - Turtle Bay Row Offices and Shops!

These buildings were designed specifically to blend into Turtle Bay's décor, while adding some new color to the town. The nether brick roofing provides a deep contrast to the dark oak roofs of the many other buildings.

The buildings are left unfinished on the inside so you can fill them the way you like. I may update them down the road as I decorate the interiors of the ones installed in Turtle Bay. Also, I tend to massage the roof lines when I install them so I can accommodate varying terrain and setback. In any case they look much better when installed in-game, and don't forget to add lots of "happy little trees, however many you like..."

I admit I am no Grian when it comes to design, but as always, your comments are welcome... Digger
