How to make a Minecraft styled forum
First of all why is this a project? - Because i can upload multiple images, that is not possible with a blog.
What is this forum is going to look like:
What is cool about this style:
The default avatar is your own minecraft skin!
A furnace means unread topic, chests means a read topic
How to start:
If you don't already have one, search for a host, When you are looking for a host there are two options, a free host (without your own domain) or a paid host (with your own domain example www.flapcraft.net). As a free host i suggest 000webhost if you want your own domain and all that stuff i prefer hosting24, the cheapest one i was able to find. There is one rewuirement for this to work and that is, you must be able to upload files to your host. When you have this proceed to the next step
Install PHPbb:
In this turtorial i am going to use PHPbb (If you already have PHPbb installed proceed to the next step) you can download this pre-made forum from their site, just save the file to your home computer. Then you need to upload the files to your host, the easiest way to do this is with a programm called filezilla (or another FTP-programm). Find the uploading details in your controll panel (which your host should have given to you) then enter them into the filezilla section. Just drag and drop all the files in the Public_html folder, if you can't find this folder place them in the folder you are currently in.
Upload the Minecraft theme:
When phpbb has finished uploading. You need to download THIS theme. Unzip it and upload it your host in this folder: Public_Htlm/styles/
then go to your browser and go to your website. Fill in all things (i am not going to help you with this because this has nothing to to with minecraft only with PBPbb, i you want any help on this part see the PHPbb forums). When you are done filling in your details and your website is live, login to your admin account and click on Administration Control Panel. Once you are in clock Styles then under Uninstalled styles there should be a style called, 'flappie - minecraft theme' click on install. Once it is installed click Detials, then under options make sure active and Make default style are both set to YES.
Then go back to your main forum, if you don't see the minecraft style use ctrl+f5 to refresh the page, Have fun.
See this style for yourself here:

(your forum not here yet? post it in the commands)
NOTE: please don't claim this style to be your own, if you have any suggestion please commend.

Could you help me?
I cannot find the folder, and there is no "styles" tab. Do I have to be the founder or can I just be an administrator? Note: I was the one who created the forum, the preset user "admin" was there and it is marked as founder.
Is this for phpBB?
BTW I used the theme for fyre.us.to/forums
