It has:
2 workbenches
2 double chests
1 ender chest
2 furnances
1 enchanting table
1 brewing stand
1 anvil
a light source
a carrot farm
a bed

looks good, like the sign-anvil and the carrot farm though you might could have done more minimal space

only one or two blocks, not that big of a problem, nice backdoor
