Uhm, you know that a cheetah is not even 2 meters long and less than a meter high. I can't make a realistic animal that's just 2x1x1 blocks big.
The closest thing to a cheetah I could offer you is this:

This build in particular was great for learning the many possibilities I've got with banners because I had to try so many until I found the ones that were working xD
Here's an image of all the banners I tried just for the face. On the left are the ones that didn't work and on the right are the banners I finally used for the face:

I saw many big Unikitties in Minecraft but no small ones. So, I thought "hey, I could make a small Unikitty" because it doesn't exist yet. And here we are, together with a small Unikitty :P
