The Union City map project I'm doing was based on a GMod map made by Fishke (I hope i said it correctly)

( N O T E )
and also some parts of the map aren't seen in the Gmod map,
but I just like to add them anyways.

I've made a bit more structures to fill in the blocks and currenly finishing the harbor area and also worked on a few more buildings

yes, but I'm not usually active very often, so progress will be very slow. but i will be ready after I'm done with the park
