The pensacola class of heavy cruisers were the first american cruisers designed under the limits set by the washington naval treaty.
They were the first cruisers in 24 years, and can be considered the first modern cruisers of the us navy.
There were 2 ships:
USS Pensacola (CA-24)
USS Salt Lake City (CA-25)
In this model, wearing Camoflage measure 32 design 13D.
Both ships survived the war, both were used in atomic bomb tests at bikini atoll then sunk as target ships.
