The USS Zenith-C, based on the Esquilline Class from STO, and the flagship of the fleet.
The USS Baker, a Gyre Class, based on the Saladin Class. It serves as a support ship for joint operations.
The USS Missouri, a Miranda Class. It serves as a support ship for joint operations.
The USS Wolf Lake, based on the Phantom Class from STO. A ship designed for stealthily gathering intel.
The USS Savannah, a Defiant Class, fresh out of mothball.
The USS Apollo, an NX-refit found adrift and pressed back into service.
The ships contain many functional elements, including:

UPDATE TO A TOUCH OF TREK TO v3.5!
Where to start?
-Added USS Apollo to the fleet. A Columbia Class (NX-refit).
-Added new system that allows each ship to have their own combadge. The 'Zenith Combadge' transports you to the Zenith when right clicked, while the 'Missouri Combadge' transports you to the Missouri, etc.
-Added new sonic showers to Zenith/Savannah
-Overhauled the Zenith's exterior. New primary/secondary deflectors, new impulse engines, nacelle changes, color scheme, etc.
-Refit the Zenith's bridge, sick bay, and transporter room.
-Added new details and models to the Zenith engineering.
-Employed new system on Zenith/Savannah that uses signs as screens that can be updated with commands. New screens can display the status of systems, such as whether the shields are online or offline.
-Zenith's transporter room uses new screen system to display the currently selected transporter destination.
-Reimagined the Missouri as more 23rd century, the Baker as more 22nd century
-Redesigned all of the shuttles at the transporter destinations.
-Many other changes I've forgotten!
