REQUIRES 'A TOUCH OF TREK v3.1' TO WORK PROPERLY
Play the role of a young Ensign, assigned to Drydock Facility #987-3 to perform an inspection on the historic USS Savannah. Explore the ship and read logs of the repair technician who worked on the ship before you. Learn about the damage the ship sustained in battle, and why it now sits in low orbit, collecting dust.
Honestly though, this was more of an excuse to bring this ship back to PMC. I've had a few people asking about it since I took it down. I did that because the ship was truly meant as an NX class, since it was a testbed for many features that eventually made their way to the Zenith. Some, like those god forsaken piston doors, didn't make the cut. As advancements came to the Zenith and A Touch of Trek, it was impossible to keep the ship up to my new standards. (Also, you can clearly see in the 3rd pic how badly I angled the nacelles. They look awful) Now, with this brief little adventure map, you can see the ship again and get some closure about it's disappearance. One day I may return to the Defiant Class and make a better/more accurately mozzie-scaled version, but that likely won't be any time soon.
