Updated schematic and world for a new design with random mining speeds and a tiered pickaxe concept that changes potiental dig time for different tools.

I lost a core technique in the lastest snapshot, which is using a double_plant entity to execute commands off of. As time passes I do plan on updating as many past projects as I can. So, yes, I will see what I can do.
