Hello, PMC! Happy new years!
And in other news, I'm back! (For real this time!)

This is a modern rowhouse luxury apartment complex, compact and ideal for the hustle and bustle of city life. It's also the first in my new Modern Rowhouse series, something that i'll be working on every once in a while now that i'm back. Unfortunetley, I've put my Modern Shop series on hold due to other priorities (Such as my education) and a startling lack of inspiration. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know and i'll do my best!

It's been fffforrreeevvvveeerrr since i've last built anything in Minecraft (6 months/a year, I think?)- as such, i've lost a bit of my abilities that I once had. However, this has allowed me to revise my building style and improve my buildings, while keeping a lot of my old style- Such as my new use of more diverse materials while also keeping wool use down. I tried it all out here and i'm very, very satisfied with my result. I'll be looking to further experiment and see what I can do to make myself better- Who knows, I might even get into Keralis's server someday. :P

As I said earlier, i'm taking any suggestions or ideas on how to improve or what to build. I /really/ don't want to build apartments all day if I don't have to.
