To my knowledge, no one has united these two great games of War Thunder and Minecraft in such a way, this is the only hanger replica built. This is also my first modern 'big' project, taking about 20 hours to complete. The map features a very recognizable and highly detailed replica of the War Thunder Ground Forces hanger. From the screenshot album I provided, you can see this, what you can also see is I took some creative liberties of my own, which is building the entire hanger on 3-D terrain, and not a flat world, this is too avoid simplicity and boringness. You can also see, if you compare the screenshots and the real hanger in-game, you can also see differences in how the structures are spaced, this is for two reasons: first, as I have mentioned, building on 3-D terrain proved very difficult to begin with, second, there is no real layout of how the hanger is layed out in-game, and also no dimensions, as it is not real. Lastly, you notice in the center, two pairs of track-marks, this is so you and I can put two vehicles, as I built this to be a tutorial-hub, if you do not like that feature, my suggestion is to place the vehicle between two sets of track-mark pairs. So while structure spacing may not be absolutely perfect, this is intentional to more elegantly merge the two games. Have fun with the map!
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
The world folder upon extraction will be inside the folder of the same name that you extracted, remove this folder (the real world folder, check it by clicking on it, you should see standard MC save files) move this folder onto your desktop, for now, you can go back to your saves and delete the spare world folder (the one that should be empty), after you removed that, move back into saves the real world folder you moved to your desktop, that finished the process.
