Here is a working motorcycle for you that you can place into your java-worlds and use freely. The only thing I want is that you credit me if you pass on your world, share pictures or make videos in which my work appears. You don't need to load a mod or resource package, everything you need is included in the map!
You certainly know the technology to make it drive, but for everyone who needs help, the command blocks are under the street : )
Should you customize the motorcycle e.g. edited with blockbench, please leave my brand textures on, they have a transparent background so that you can change the color of the motorcycle without removing the branding.
