Hey guys! I've expanded my field to Aircraft! :) This is the X-22 Osprey, an original variant from the V-22 Osprey, used by the American Military. I've modified it to encompass an auto cannon at the front of the vehicle (Yes it actually fires.), some assorted equipment, several gun turrets, and a modified and more spacious interior. The Landing Gear is also fully operational! Anyways, I hope you enjoy this project. A better version will be coming out soon, probably tomorrow actually! Alright folks, as promised, here's a story below. :D


The Story:

As the counter-attack on the Western Front intensified, the need for a Heavy Assault Transport became increasingly evident. Coalition of Nation troops reported many air-transport vehicles, especially the beloved Blackhawks and Ospreys, being shot down when they approached "hot" landing zones. The reports emphasized that helicopter crews were unable to defend themselves properly, with a single well trained Red Federation Infantryman with a Kalashnikov and a clip full of AP Rounds being a deadly threat to the vehicles. As such, the R&D Division of the Coalition Air Force developed the X-22 Super Osprey, a variant of the infamous V-22 Osprey. The modifications to the vehicles included Heavier Armament (50mm Auto cannon & Four Gun Turrets), Reactive Armor, ECM Systems, and a Point-Defense laser system. All these were meant to enhance the survivability of the transports, effectively turning them into gunships capable of securing and defending a Landing Zone. The only downside to the modifications was a decreased carrying capacity, and somewhat sluggish performance when operating at higher altitudes. Nevertheless, the powers that be felt that the survival of the valiant and noble soldiers of the Coalition came first, and the X-22 began being deployed on the frontlines en-masse...
