this is a small machine often used in ice skating rinks for smoothing the ice surface after it has become too scratched.
For the Arctic Summit Event I thought it would be nice to have a smooth ice surface to skate on for all the people who show up.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. For the adults who operate it it's just a job but for the kids it's an amazing experience riding on top of that machine.
When I was younger and saw an ice resurfacer for the first time I was absolutely mesmerized and totally wanted to drive it xD
It's just a box on wheels but somehow it's quite fascinating ^^
