Welcome to the middle of my three part Dungeon Adventure series, the Fablecraft Era!

Fablecraft was another dungeon crawling world. They would be standalone like in the Primitive Era but with RPG elements.
I created settlements, a teir system, we played under character names, and like a dungeon master in D&D, I played many roles when we were not raiding the dungeon's I built.

Each dungeon in the world would be teired from 1 to 5. Each teir would determine loot quality, and emerald quantity in chests.
Teir 1 had wooden swords, leather armor, and level 1 enchantments unlocked. Teir 2 had chainmail armor, gold equipment, and level 2 enchantments unlocked. Teir 3 - iron equipment with level 3 enchantments, and so on.

5 dungeon's had to be raided to advance to the next teir at which point the quality and size of what I built would increase.

Emeralds were found in dungeon chests, but also generated automatically at our home base in Frostbyte but only when when Gondo, and I were playing. They were used to buy gear, enchantments, potions, and food. If you wanted to buy such things you had to go to the building associated with what you wanted to buy. So for potions, the Alchemist, enchanting - the Library, swords and armor - the blacksmith, etc.. I handled all transactions. Not all settlements had all the commodities to force exploration, and travel to them.

In addition to emeralds to find I generated a set of 4 books for each dungeon with titles but no text in them. They were meaningless collectable items. There was some references, and amusement with some of them, like the Magna Carta, and Moms Cook Book but most were nonsense I took from an online generator.

When I first made this world I was excited to pick up where I left off with the new dispenser functionality.

The first two dungeons' were properly played, and that's when I lost Gondo's interest. We were still playing Minecraft together, just not Fablecraft.

It wouldn't be until early January of 2013 when I would raid the latest dungeon in the world I prepared for him when he still had interest in Fablecraft in 2012.

This world has 6 dungeons:

• Crash Test
• Crypts of Decay
• Demonweb Pits
• Lair of Sola the Mad God
• Red Axe Example Dungeon
• Vaults of Anti-Life

The first was a warm up for me and Gondo since it had been a few months since we did this together. The last two were not built in Fablecraft, but a creative world of mine. I still included them because they were from the time, and I intended for Gondo to go through them.

Version 1.20.2 only. This map will not be updated to newer minecraft versions, or backported.

Onward to the Simplex Era
Back to the Primitive Era.
