My first Minecraft invention! Practically useless but aesthetically amazing. It's a tunnel made of sticky pistons that pull the rail into place in front of you.
However, it could be used as a super secure tunnel that keeps mobs out and only allows players with minecarts in.

Yet mine was fully hidden, so that is the only thing what I should try to improve.
Shame you didn't make this and the other rail bridge at the time of the rollercoaster contest.
It sure was than useful, but it is still.
Good job on your first redstone invention, mine was far lesser impressive.
