Hey Everyone!
So recently a few friends and I had the idea of making a team-based zombie survival, and battle royale inside of minecraft!So we started building on a custom generated map. The map will be finished soon, but I hope you guys find this map cool and fun to play along with some friends or on your own multiplayer servers.
Details:
The map will have two gamemode options, battle royale and zombie survival.
In the battle royale mode player will jump from one of 4 squads of planes along the outside of the map, each squad of planes either on the North, South, East or West of the map. Players will start off with a set of near broken elyta and will have to jump from the planes and find a landing point on the island. Players will then have to look for items in chests scattered inside building, mines, town or even holes. Every 10 to 20 minutes the border will begin to shrink. This puts players under pressure to survive the opposing players. Last man standing will be crowned victorious.
In the zombie survival mode players will either start in a pack on one set of planes, or separated randomly between the 4 sets of planes. The objective of this mode is to find all the keys and head to the zombie shelter in the middle of the map. Once all keys are found and returned to the shelter in the middle of the map. The challenge is the endless night that strikes after 20 minutes and the infinite waves of zombies that will spawn randomly. Weapons, armour and food can be found across the island and they are your protection against the zombies.
We are currently only one fifth through the building stage (hoping to get more builders) and have only just started the command block stage. For our current plans for the map, you will need to use a custom resource pack but that will be included in the download. The custom pack will allow us to add in different GUI additions.

The minecraft world save is somewhere on the right, but there are a few things we've done. Firstly we've made the world in version 1.11.2 on a vanilla server. Secondly we are not done the world save (currently) is simply our progress so far on the world.
