PVPing
If you hit or kill someone and a guard sees you he will kill you in a pvp zone
but in a non pvp he will count from 5-0 and if you don't come out you get jailed.
Having contraband
It will be taken if a guard sees it. In a pvp zone he will count down then attack.
In a non-pvp zone he will count down then jail.
Excessive pointless pvp
This is attacking with your fist and fishing rods and snow balls
Its pointless and does no damage if done too much jail for 5 minutes.
