Dev Diary 13 - Auto Anvil Overhaul : by Qalle 04/22/2025 2:16:15 pmApr 22nd

This week, we've made some Quality-of-Life changes to the Auto Anvil:
  • Tier 2 is now 5x faster than Tier 1 (used to be 2.5x)
  • Items will no longer be destroyed if the server restarts mid-repair
  • Items will now be placed in the machine output slots only if they have been fully repaired
  • Each item is now repaired with its specific repair material (e.g. Reinforced Alloy Helmet is repaired with Reinforced Alloy Ingots), rather than Duct Tape
  • The repair material is now shown in the progress bar error tooltip, to avoid the confusion players experience with vanilla Anvils
