Hello my name is FuriousEnder and I am the owner of the Aplos Factions! I am happy with my progress on my factions server and now I am looking to hire staff. I have been working for four months solo and feel that it is absolutely sure that it is time to get some staff.

Positions Open:

Development Manager x2:

Will be overseeing the development of two of the four servers alongside myself and anybody else I choose for the role in the future! The development includes but is not limited to: Our unique plugins and bug testing said plugins, Producing new content for the servers you are responsible for in a regular time frame, Helping me manage the network itself and the servers it is built upon, and finally helping me prepare everything for future updates as they come so we can stay current!

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the java language and spigot.
  
• Knowledge of mySQL and databases.
  
• At least three current or past projects as proof of abilities.
  
• At least two years of proven programming education, or work on projects.
  
• Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure.
  

Community Manager x2:

Will be overseeing the community of the server you are assigned to. Will also be in charge of overseeing the staff associated with your own server. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Regularly posting to the website forums and update logs to keep players informed, Broadcasting event information and sending mass in game mails, Hosting events and ensuring they go well, handling ban appeals and report punishment on your own server. Managing your own section of the discord, Polling your community for new content ideas and also for any bugs or balancing issues they may find while playing.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of how to write a proper forum post for mass viewing.
  
• Knowledge of discord management.
  
• Proven work as semi-successful server staff for 2+ years.
  
• Ability to multitask and have great communication.
  
• Knowledge of in game commands and procedures.
  

Admin x2:

Has the usual Admin responsibilities, including but not limited to: Punishment, Investigating disputes, Watching over players for hacking and or cheating, reporting bugs and player issues to higher staff, keeping lower staff members in check, Helping their community manager

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of in game commands and procedures.
  
• Knowledge of current hacks, cheating, and duping glitches.
  
• Proven work as a semi-successful server staff for 1+ years.
  
• Must be friendly and have great communication skills!
  

Moderator x4:

Is responsible for watching over the chat in game and on discord. Will be responsible for talking to players to find out current in game problems or bugs and report to higher staff.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of in game commands.
  
• Knowledge of appropriate chat usage.
  
• Proven work as a server staff member for 1+ years.
  
• Must be friendly and have great communication skills!
  

Helper x3:

Will just be guides for players and report any issues to staff promptly.
