Unique Land Claiming
If you have played Minecraft for a while you may have seen things like:
- Large Factions Claiming Over your land
- People raiding your base while you are offline
- Using exploits to enter protected bases and raid them.
BansheePvP uses a unique claiming system to prevent this from happening. Everyone is given a 10x10 area to claim at the start. No one is able to claim over another players claim no matter the size of the clan. Now 100 square blocks may seem like a small amount but more is available for purchase at our spawn shop for in game currency. This allows for up to 50x50 protection for your base.
PvP Experience
BansheePvP offers a large PvP/PvE area right outside of spawn. This large area allows players to PvP with other players without losing their inventory as well as grind for mobs. We also have a beacon triangle for king of the hill style gameplay.
BansheePvP also has a smaller PvP arena for players to enjoy. We will be hosting different events here from time to time with the possibility to win prizes.
Finally, BansheePvP uses the old PvP used prior to 1.9. This mean no cooldowns on your attacks.
Player Shops
In addition to the shop located at spawn players will also have the ability to purchase plots near spawn to set up their own shops. Here they will be able to sell whatever resources they would like at their own price.
Final Notes
Once again BansheePvP is just starting up and we are very open to suggestions. We are still making revisions and adding features to the server. We are looking to have players join and enjoy the server so we can see what works and what doesn't. BansheePvP is a great opportunity to have a part in the creation of a Minecraft server.
