You can join or make a country 

Only Europe (Custom Map)(1914 borders)


Rules of the server (changes on a normal basis):
[1] Be respectful
[2] Be ethical
[3] Use common sense
[4] No hacking
[5] No attacking a country while the leader is offline
[6] Must declare war with all members in own borders
[7] No TP during war OF ANY KIND
[8] No stealing from a country unless their leader is on
[9] No going outside of the server custom map (Europe)
[10] If a country goes offline during war it's forfeit
[11] No griefing unless during a war to your enemy
[12] Respect admins
[13] For the first week a leader can't declare war or be declared war on unless there's hard evidence of covert actions
[14] No giving mainland or doing fake wars to give mainland
[15] To rebel you must make your own faction named RebelsOf(Nation)
[16] If a country is offline for a week it can be taken by others
[17] Certain countries need a certain amount of members (ask an admin)
[18] To rebel against a country you need to be a part of the country first
[19] If a country is made without admin approval it may be disbanded and you may be asked to leave
[20] When a war is won you can make a claim (Be Reasonable)
