General rules
1- RP Greifing is aloud, Ex: Breaking 2 or 3 blocks in an RP scenario, like glass panes, or a wood door.
2- No 1x1 Towers
3- Skin must be fallout related, and must be true to your character.
4- Must follow New Life Rule, NLR is when you die, you cant seek revenge, or go back into a fight.
5- No Power Gaming in RP
6- No Metagaming
7- Use Global chat for OOC and Local for RP
8- Obey the capture law with Ceasers Legion
9- No killing in spawn
10- Can kill in Towns and Cities but will be a crime
11- No X-Ray, Hacks, Mods,Exploiting Game/Plug-in mechanics. Pretty self explanatory.
12- No KoS Unless you are in a faction war, You must at least give a verbal warning before you attack someone. .

Timeline!
Our server is based off the game, Fallout New Vegas. However, we are based in Northern Florida, 2250, a bit in the past from New Vegas. If you are unfamiliar with the fallout universe, you may want to read the timeline below. However, if you are familiar with fallout lore, skip down to the year 2250 and from then on carries on our server lore.

The New California Republic - Good Karma
They're a disciplined prewar military based focused on occupying land and making a uniform government for all wastelanders. They try to maintain order by taxing citizens under their land and try to prevent raiders and the legion from causing chaos in the wastes. They strive to be the protectors who fight under the two headed bear.
Faction perk: Able to Tax Wastelanders in enxchange for protection.

The Brotherhood of the Steel - Neutral Karma
Though there are a few of them in numbers, the brotherhood are an underground group of people looking to exapnd as far as tech. They are not prominant as they once were in the wastes due to the conflicting groups such as the NCR and the legion pushing them down. However, that does not stop them from being an unstoppable force if needed.
Faction perk: Able to wear power armor, (Diamond armor).

Caesar's Legion - Bad Karma
The Caesar's Legion are a slaver group from the mideast. They are uninterested in tech and intoxicating substance. The Legion are a strong Roman based military that focus on gathering power from enslaving people and gaining resources from slave manual labor.

Many Wastelander Settlements arise in the wasteland, Heres how you too can become the mayor of a bustling wasteland settlement. Please Note: You cannot skip Tiers, Ex: Buy a Town Without owning an Settlement. Subject to Change.

Settlement - Tier 1 Establishment

Requirements:
At Least 3 Citizens in Total.
1000 Caps.
1 House for every Resident.
Town Farm
What You Get:
2 Mayor LWC to store
Settlement Valubles.
Taxes:
100 Caps a Week

Town - Tier 2 Establishment

Requirements:
At Least 5 Citizens in Total.
2500 Caps.
1 House for every Resident
Town Farm
A General Store
An Inn for Guests
Water Purification Plant
Town Hall
A Resturaunt and or Bar
What You Get:
50x50 WorldGuard Region.
2 Additional Mayor LWC's
Taxes:
250 Caps a Week

City - Tier 3 Establishment

Requirements:
At Least 10 Citizens in Total.
5000 Caps.
1 House for every Resident
A General Store
An Inn for Guests
Water Purification Plant

1 Bar
An Animal Farm with each kind of animal for food and materials.
1 Infirmary
1 Jail
