im looking for builders for my new server that have to be skilled at building and that can skype at least half of the time... we are planning a few big builds so be ready to put some time in (2 hours would be nice) im going to shut down the server at night so there will be no griefing and in return if you help and do a good job you will have op when server goes public :) hope to get some good builders!
